On all forms of registration, $50 is non-refundable. Refunds minus the non-refundable portion may be granted up to 60 days before the conference. Convenience fees may apply.

Late Registration: An additional $50.00 late fee will be charged to all attendees registering for the conference after May 31, June 15, 2024; The total late registration fee will be $267.00 (this total includes the $7 electronic convenience fee ). Note: Due to publication time restraints, we cannot guarantee that your pictorial information and ad can be published in the hardcopy.
Attending the National Ministers' Wives 'Conference of the Churches of Christ event allows you to enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending the event, you consent to photography and audio recording of yourself and your property. Furthermore, you consent to its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for any purpose by NMWC and its representatives ("the NMWC). I authorize the NMWC to use, publish and copyright any depiction of me, whether in print or electronically, regardless of whether in print or electronically of whether my name is or is not credited. By attending the event, you also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by NMWC or a person or entity designated to do so by NMWC. I will make no monetary claim against the NMWC, and I waive any claim of invasion of privacy for the use of photography, audio, or video. The NMWC intended to use photographs and recordings for lawful purposes of publicity, illustration, advertising, print content, and web content. A pictorial directory will be produced for the conference.
